Today I will show you how to cook Thai banana desert. In Thai we called "Kluai Buad Chi"
Ingredients
- 2-3 bananas
- Coconut milk 1 carton (250 ml.)
- Coconut sugar or other sweetener of your choice 2-3 tbsp.
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
Directions
- Peel the bananas and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- In a medium saucepan, bring the coconut milk to a simmer.
- Add the bananas
- Add the coconut sugar, stirring to dissolve.
- Bring back to a simmer for 2 - 4 minutes, until the bananas are tender but not mushy.
- Serve hot 😍 🍴
