Goat meat is proteinous in nature as well as highly satisfying. It can be prepared in various ways such as cooking, barbecuing, roasting, grilling or cooking directly with soups or stews. Anyway it is prepared, it is always delicious. So, today, I come to share my recipe preparing peppered goat meat.
Ingredients
1/2 kg of goat meat.
Fresh pepper (sliced or diced)
2 bulbs of onion (sliced or diced)
1 cup of vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Knorr cubes.
Method of Preparation
- Wash the goat meat thoroughly.
- Put in a clean pot and parabolic after adding some quantity of the diced pepper, onions and Maggi.
- Set aside immediately it is cooked and tender enough.
- Heat up your frying pan. Pour in your vegetable oil once it is hot.
- Fry the goat meat and set aside.
- Reduce the oil you used in frying the meat. Add the remaining onions, pepper, salt and Knorr cube. Pour in the remaining goat meat and stir everything together.
- Allow to fry for about 2-3mins. Then, turn off the heat and serve.
- There, your peppered Goat Meat is ready to be eaten.
You can serve with a chilled glass of drink.
