Food, is one major factor that cannot be under valued, it is really important that as humans we eat but it is even much more important to eat in the right way.
It is really important to know that it is not just enough to eat but it is most important to eat well, we need to move our gaze from eating quantity to start eating quality.
We need to learn to consume a wide variety of food rather than just focusing on specific dietary routine all the time, some people have the mentality that they can only eat well when they have a lot of money but that is untrue because one can eat a balanced meal with less cash.
Tips on Healthy Eating.

Avoid fast foods as much as you can.
Have a healthy mind set about food.
Stop rushing your food, take it in slowly.
Skipping breakfast is bad, so avoid it as much as you can.
Avoid dirtiness in every way- keep your kitchen and your cooking utensils neat.
Make sure the meal is a balanced one.
Take in lots of vegetables.
Ensure to take in a lot of water.
