Let them eat carp!

Here in the United States, many people disregard the Common Carp. While some may enjoy the fight that comes along with catching them, they often don't even consider the option of eating them. Because a number of individuals who are camping with us this week were curious, we decided to bring along some carp to make fish tacos with.

The video above shows how we harvested them, so obviously we couldn't just go with catch and release, and being people who try to make the most use of everything, we've been getting familiar with them in our diet this year. Today we shared a plethora of fish tacos which not only included carp, but also cilantro, onions, tomatoes, avocado, and lime. Here are some photos enjoy!
