Finally! Our first Kiwano is ready to eat.
The Kiwano, AKA African Horned Melon or Jelly Melon, is an interesting plant that we've been growing for three seasons now. Besides looking like a vine full of puffer fish, this fruit is quite a peculiar one indeed.
One of the most frequent questions I get about this remarkable food is "How do you eat them?" It is with that question in mind that I bring you this video today. In it, I'll show you two different methods of enjoying a Kiwano.
The first method I'll show you is the "on the go" method, and the second is the more "refined" method showed in the photo above. Enjoy!
