One of my favorite things when traveling is trying the local foods. I especially love the seafood while on the tropical paradise of Roatan Island. Today I present to you some of the fabulous foods I sampled. My one regret is not having a good photo of the tasty twin lobster tails we ate one night at the Beach Grill.

This is just a fragment of the savory cuisine I enjoyed while on my 21 day trip to paradise.
