- Red pepper
- Green pepper
- Tomato
- Garlic
- Onion
- Potatoes
- Coarse textured soybeans
- Put the garlic, onion, and peppers in a casserole with oil to cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Then add the peeled and crushed tomato and cook 5 more minutes. We take all the vegetables and pass them through the mixer so it will be like a sauce with all the vegetables.
- Add some water and add the potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces, and leave to cook for 10 minutes.
- Add some water again if necessary and add a handful of textured soybeans and cook for another 15 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes and that's it!
