B2B Bistronomy is a little burger joint in the trendy and chic Albuquerque neighborhood of Nob Hill. The most immediately noticeable feature of this restaurant is the large window that comprises the exterior wall, typically open to the street. The interior is delightful, with faux-chalkboard walls and colorful features, and a back wall of cubed shelves showcasing their selection of local wines.
You may find it strange that a pair of vegetarians is drawn to a burger restaurant, however there is plenty on the menu that will sate any vegetarians burger craving. With 8 different veggie burger options, B2B Bistronomy is the go to spot for anyone looking for a meatless burger. For vegans, the veggie patties are served on a bed of greens and vegetables, like radish, tomatoes, and carrots, instead of a bun.
While the food wasn’t knock-your-socks-off fantastic, I did find it amazing that they offered so many options for vegetarians. And the various fries options on their menu (sweet potato, parsnip, truffle, the list goes on) were varied and interesting, each delicious and cooked to perfection. My favorite aspect of this restaurant is that they support the local economy by serving locally sourced food and drinks.
B2B Bistronomy is often busy; it’s not unusual to have to wait for a table for 10 or more minutes. I would say it is well worth your wait for a taste of their diverse and delicious menu, excellent service, and fantastic cocktails.
