Ingredients:
1 large boll burrata
1 peach
2 hands spinach
8 green asparagus
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
Salt and pepper
Chili flakes
Burrata is with cream injected mozzarella and the best in the cheese area. Often it is served with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, tomatoes and basil, but it is also delicious by a salad. For example, Renée Kemps made a delicious recipe with grilled peaches and green asparagus. Jum!
Cut the peach into pieces and remove the dry ends of the asparagus. Mix the olive oil, vinegar, one tablespoon of honey, pepper and salt with each other. Let the peach and asparagus marinate for ten minutes.
Heat a grill pan and add the peaches and asparagus. Grill a couple of minutes and repeat for the other side until they are bite ready. Divide the spinach over a bowl and place the asparagus and peaches on top of the spinach. Put the burrata in the middle.
Season with some oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, honey and chili flakes. Serve and cut the burrata to mix with the salad.
