Exploring more vegan and vegetarian snack options, here is my avocado tomato toast. Love it!
Very easy to make, simply mash up an avocado (option to add a bit of pesto) spread your toast, add some slices of tomato and top with some basil leaves and season with peper/salt to your liking.
Give it a try, it's one of my favourites at the moment.
