On the menu of my bistro, you will find quite a good choice of different foods from noodles, dimsums, sandwiches, grills, skewers, etc... But one of the guests most favorite these days are the BBQ Chicken Wings I serve there!
Let me show you briefly how they are cooked! I hope you'll enjoy them!
After being marinated for 24 hours, the wings are steamed for some minutes!
Then they are placed on the grill till nicely cooked!
After 5 minutes on the grill, they will turn to this lovely coloration!
Take them out of the grill and cut them in two parts as you can see below!
Glaze them with a nice BBQ sauce in a pan for couple of minutes!
Sprinkle them with roasted sesame seeds and freshly chopped chives, and you have this super delicious dish ready!
