Good morning steemit friends, I have not had time to post in steemit for few days. When I opened the steemit I initially felt a little strange, because of the new look of steemit that I just knew. Hopefully steemit will be more and more fruitful and more useful works from all steemians.
By the way today I want to share a very simple recipe of Indonesian cuisine that is Porridge Rice Flour. I think this porridge is suitable to be eaten anytime either while warm or have been put into the refrigerator.
Ingredients :
- 200 gr rice flour
- 1 l of coconut milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 pieces of pandan leaves
Brown Sugar Sauce
- 5 tbs sugar
- 150 grams of brown sugar
- 150 ml of water
Steps :
- Mix the flour, salt and pandan leaves.
- Enter the coconut milk, then cook and stir.
- If it is thick and bursting means it is ripe, turn off the stove.
- Cook all mixture of brown sugar sauce until boiling, turn off the stove, lift and serve. hmmm nyamiii...

Selamat pagi sahabat steemit, sudah beberapa hari ini saya tidak sempat memposting apapun disteemit. Ketika saya buka steemit awalnya saya merasa sedikit aneh, karena penampilan baru steemit yang baru saya ketahui. Semoga steemit semakin berjaya dan semakin banyak karya-karya bermanfaat dari steemians semua.
Ngomong-ngomong hari ini saya mau membagikan resep masakan indonesia yang sangat sederhana yaitu Bubur Sumsum. Kalau menurut saya bubur ini cocok dimakan kapan saja baik selagi hangat ataupun sudah dimasukkan ke kulkas.
Bahan-bahan :
- 200 gr tepung beras
- 1 L santan
- 1 sdt garam
- 2 lembar daun pandan
Kuah gula merah
- 5 sdm gula
- 150 gr gula merah
- 150 ml air
Langkah :
- Campur tepung, garam dan daun pandan.
- Masukkan santan, lalu masak sambil terus di aduk.
- Kalau sudah kental dan meletup-letup berarti sudah masak, matikan kompor.
- Masak semua campuran kuah gula merah sampai mendidih, matikan kompor, angkat dan sajikan. hmmm nyamiii...
