Hello friends today i am here with new and exciting recipe of Chicken Thukpa.
Thukpa is a Tibetan noodle soup. Itis originated in the eastern part of Tibet. Amdo Thukpa (especially Thenthuk) is a famous variant among Tibetan. The dish became popular in Nepal, Bhutan, and the states of Sikkim, Assam, and Arunachal Pradesh in Northeast India. It is also popular in the Ladakh region and the state of Himachal Pradesh.The Nepalese version of thukpa contains chili powder, masala (usually garam masala), and noodles with gram and pea soup, which gives it a hot and spicy flavor. The most typical Nepali thukpa is found in Sankhuwasabha district. However, the thukpa found in Kathmandu Valley is the same as that found in Tibet, due to immigrant Tibetan refugees.

Ingredient list for Thukpa :
- 1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala
- 1-2 tbsp salt or as per your taste
- 1/2 liter Water (use more water if you want more soup )
- 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic
- 3 Green chillis
- 1/3 cup of green Onion / spring onion chopped
- 1/3 cup of red onion slicely chopped
- some fresh coriander
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 Cup Cabbage
- 1 cup Carrot
- 1 Cup Capsicum
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 400 grm Chicken
PROCEDURES
- Heat the pan and put the oil on it,
- Add garlic,ginger and turmeric and mix it well,
- Then add chicken on it and let it properly fry,
- After chicken is fried add onion,green chilly, red chilly powder, gram masala,salt and stir it well,
- After all ingredients coated well we add tomato and then when tomato cooked well we add all vegetables,Cooked it for 2-3 minutes and add water in it,and let it boil for 5 minutes ,
- Now add cooked noodles in it and stir and cook for 1 minutes,
- Add coriander leaf and put the flame off,
- Add lemon from top and serve as you like.
