Before you embark on this venture may I suggest coming to Chicago and sampling some of the deep dish Chicago style pizzas. If you haven’t done so already it would be advised from the Dawg. Pretty sure if they don’t already have a good Chicago style pizza in the Bay Area it would be a hit!!
