Some foods you may like maybe late in the evening; make a choice of one of these if you must eat something.
Bananas are enriched with potassium and magnesium; so we are looking at muscle relaxation. They also have tryptophan which means they will help you sleep.
Almonds have magnesium and tryptophan so again muscle relaxation, a better mood, and better sleeping.
Mozzarella cheese has tryptophan so this means more serotonin.
Cereal and milk: Milk has tryptophan, the brain uses to make serotonin and melatonin hormones. Carbs in the cereal make the tryptophan more available to the brain.
Cherries are a source of melatonin.

Tryptophan is a hormone used by the brain to produce serotonin and melatonin hormones. Also tryptophan puts you in a better mood because of the serotonin release and you get fewer headaches so the ones I list with tryptophan are the foods to go for.
Magnesium and potassium relax muscles making this an excellent choice.
Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland in animals regulating sleep.
Carbs make the tryptophan more available to the brain.
