The place's named as Burger Blas Teran. Blasteran usually means mix-blood people, half and half, like “Indonesian-Nederland", "Chinese-American” or “African-American”.
Anyways, we are talking about food. So I can say that blasteran is like mix-culture food. Because I'm here in Indonesia, so it can be Indonesian-Western food.
