Soto noodles are super delicious
Ingredients
- 150 gr vermicelli
- 150 gr weed that has been weeded
- 3 boiled eggs
- 5 basil leaves
- 2½ tablespoons of cooking oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 stalk of lemongrass, spread the stem
- 1/2 kg of chicken meat cut into 4 parts
- 1½ ltr coconut milk
- 150 gr of crushed oncom
Fine Seasoning Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 8 red onion cloves
- 2 tbsp coriander canyon
- 3 fried candlenut
- 2 segments of grilled turmeric
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 2½ tsp salt
Sambal Cuka Ingredients
- 5 pieces of boiled red chili then puree
- 5 pieces of boiled red cayenne pepper then puree
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon of cooked vinegar
- 100 cc of boiled water
How to Make
How to Make a Vinegar Sauce
- Take all the vinegar sauce you have prepared.
- Mix all ingredients into one container.
- After mixing then set aside.
How to Make Gravy
- Heat the skillet and oil and then add the ingredients of spices, lemongrass and bay leaves and stir-fry until they smell fragrant.
- Put the chicken meat along with coconut milk into your input and stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Continue to simmer until chicken meat is tender. Once tender, you can take the chicken and shred it.
- For the sauce then you add the oncom to it. Mix well, then set aside.
Serving method
- Prepare a serving bowl and add the rice noodles that you have boiled before, bean sprouts and sliced boiled eggs.
- Pour the sauce that you have processed into it slowly.
- Add shredded chicken, basil leaves and sprinkle with fried onions as a complement.
Serve while hot with the vinegar sauce that you prepare.
