Ingredients
Makes: 15
1/2 avoirdupois unit Fish (tuna or any fish that you simply like)
1 clove garlic minced
2 in. ginger minced
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp corainder powder
1 onion (small) finely cut
1 sprig coriander leaves
2 tsp amchoor
1/2 tsp red chile powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 potatoes
4 tbsp bread crumbs
2 tsp oil
salt to style
Directions
Boil the potatoes during a sterilizer for fifteen minutes.
Whilen the potatoes ar boiling, cook the fish during a bit of salt and water for ten minutes and let it cool.
Place the cooked potatoes in cold water, peel and mash it with a fork.
After the fish cools,drain excessive water and mash with a fork.
Mix all the ingredients listed on top of with the fish and potatoes.
Make into fifteen balls and flatten them along with your hands and place on a flat pan.
Place some drops of oil and let one aspect flip brown and cook for two minutes.
Do an equivalent for the opposite aspect. Serve with tomatoe garlic condiment.
