If you are curious what I eat, Aceh noodle food comes from my country, western Indonesia, where in Aceh. This typical aceh noodle has a thick, yellow shape with a spicy taste typical of aceh spices.
This aceh noodle is more delicious when mixed with seafood such as shrimp, squid, lobster then served with a spicy and curry soup then sprinkled with fried onions, lime and cucumber then ready to serve, the taste is really delicious.
Aceh noodles are served in three variations, namely noodle soup, wet fried noodles, and dry fried noodles. The main ingredients for making noodles consist of noodles, meat (goat and beef), seafood, spices (curry, celery, green onions, red onions).
