My Province Life : Cooking Nilat-ang Baboy
I was too bored so i need to do some cooking again. This time nilat-ang baboy. =)
Cooking Process
Cut some ingredients , red onions, garlic , bell pepper and loy-a
Put first red onions and garlic first, once their essence came out , put bell pepper and loy-a after. Put meat and then water. Have it boil for an hour until the meat is totally soften.
Put salt and tangad.
Now nilat-ang baboy is finished, time to eat. =)
