Watch and learn to cook Italian-style stuffed mushrooms, just like my grandma taught me. I learned to cook by watching, and she never had a recipe, so I do the best I can with the measurements.
Ingredients: large white mushrooms, washed and peeled, stems removed and minced; 1 heaping seasoned bread crumbs per mushroom; 1 bunch parsley minced; 3-4 cloves garlic pressed, 2-4 Tb Parmesan or Romano cheese; olive oil, salt & pepper. Preheat oven to 400. Add all ingredients to taste and enough olive oil to moisten bread crumbs so they stick together. Bake for 20-25 minutes on a greased pan until golden brown and bubbly.
