My #colorchallenge# for today is home made tomatos sauce.
Here what you should do to get this:
- select just the good ones
- wash tomatos
- cook veeeery slow the tomatos in a pot with low fire
- After a while just take them off and smash with a vegetable mill
- take off the extra water
- put what you get into a sanified container & add fresh basil
- boil the container closed
once is cold, you can use it. I suggest to put some garlic and oil in a pot & after a bit put also the tomatoes sauce
