Hello again friends from this beautiful community of Steemit, this time I come to sweeten life, with a rich and refreshing dessert that I love ❣ it is a homemade mango and milk ice cream, among delicious layers of fruit in syrup. 😍
This dessert, apart from healthy, is easy to make at home. Ideal to eat on these hot afternoons while sharing with friends and family

Ingredients:
- Pineapple (400 grams)
- Mangoes. (3 unit)
-Sugar. (300 g) - Milk (500 ml).
-Vanilla .
Preparing fruits in syrup:
- Pineapple and mango are cut into small cubes.
- Place the mango and pineapple pieces in a saucepan , add the sugar (approximately 4 large spoons) and put on the fire for 30 minutes.

Remove the candy from the heat, let stand a few minutes, place in the refrigerator until it cools and can be used for ice cream.
Preparing mango ice cream with milk:
- Cook the mangoes (2 units), previously peeled and chopped into small pieces, in a saucepan with water, approximately 45 minutes .
- When the mangoes are ready, lower the heat and let rest until they cool. If you wish, you can place them in the refrigerator to speed up the process.
- Built in a mixer the mangoes , liquid milk, vanilla and sugar to taste.
-Place the mixture in a container and leave it in the freezer for about 4 hours or until the preparation is frozen.
-Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes. Then place the frozen mixture previously minced in the mixer. Let liquefy for a few minutes until we get a creamy ice cream
-Finally place in a cup or container of preference, a layer of fruit in syrup, then one of ice cream and so on until you complete this delicious or delicious dessert.
