STEPS
Peel, chop and crack the bananas.
Add the oat flakes and mix with the banana.
Add almonds to the dough, chocolate chips and again stir until all the ingredients are integrated.
Finely add the essence or extract of vanilla and again mix until it is integrated with the rest of the ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
With the help of an ice cream punch, make piles of dough and place them in the oven tray, previously covered with vegetable paper.
Bake the oatmeal cookies for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius with heat up and down.
After 20 minutes we have our oatmeal cookies ready.
