I just woke up, and I’m a little hungover from drinking during the NCAA wrestling championship finals.
I just finished frying up corn tortillas, frying an egg and warming up some taco seasoned ground beef.
One taco has the taco meat, cheese, diced onion, salsa and a fried egg.
The Tacos were quick and easy to make, and were especially delicious.
Lagunitas IPA went down easy, because it’s one of the best beers n the whole wide world.
The three day NCAA wrestling tournament was full of surprises and Penn State won the tournament once again.
That’s what you get when Cael Sanderson, one of the best collegiate wrestlers ever, coaches the team.
