Samosa, a special Indian food

Samosas the specialty of Indian street food. Every Indian family it enjoy now and then. This is the most special dish of 'Kaka da Dhaba' situated in the street with Chandni Chowk's old Lajpat Rai Market.





Inside a Samosa, in the middle, there is a mixture of spices of potato which enhances the flavor of this samosa.

This Samosa is served with Pindi Chole and Gouri (Gheia), which enhances its taste.








It takes around 4 to 5 hours to make this different type of samosa. Pindi Cholele and Loci are pickle with 2 Samosas in a plate. And the price of this one plate is 40 rupees.
