Today been Sunday was off for me in the kitchen as I visit a friend far distance and she prepared a delicacy food for me.
Have you heard of EWA AGOYIN.
This is a Yoruba delicacy and the name agoyin can be traced back to the Beninoise people who invented the dish. Ewa is beans and this is cooked to a soft paste and mashed.
The sauce comprising of palm oil, dried pepper and some ground crayfish is usually served with this savoury yoruba food.
The experience of eating this Yoruba cultural food is simply divine. GeT his evening was a great and satisfaction life after we battle the Ewa Agoyin with one big Agege bread and step it down with cool cold water....#steemit I slept from 1pm to 4pm on a spot.
