Every Friday night in Lagos Nigeria, is always like beginning of vacation. Working from Monday morning 4:30am to beat up traffic to resume work at 8am everyday.
Friday night a time of enjoyment in the city of Lagos. At the end of eating this food I'm about to prepare there is a question that needed an answer base on the fact on ON THE FOOD TIMING

In West Africa Suya is a spicy skewered meat. It is traditionally prepared by Nigeria northern people (Hausa), Niger and Cameroon. Some Sudan too and is Sudan they call it AGASHE
These so called SUYA is made with Skewered beef, raw or chicken. In addition kidney, Liver and other innards are also part of the material used.
Many of us as Nigerians don't have time for the preparation of Soya we only buy and eat.
Suya is traditional Nigerian Snack which is most important taking by those who like supplement alcohol with something that is tasty. Like Friday night clubs or bar you must see a suya stand.
