Ok so one of the things I haven't really concentrated on pre operation is drink. Purely because I don't drink fizzy pop much, I generally buy no added sugar juice and I don't drink alcohol much (unless on social occassions). Tea and coffee probably one cup each a day and I use semi skimmed milk.
But I have noticed that :
a) I hardly ever drank water
b) I was probably dehydrated most of the time as I hardly ever drank anything
During this time I have tried to drink more water as the above is probably not a good sign. I have also experimented with different milks and used a lot of lemons and lime in my water to help with the flavour!
My skin was rubbish at first but now I have more of a glow!
