Falafel: my vegan pleasure.
Although I am not a vegetarian, I enjoy dishes that are free of animal protein. My mother is the queen of Falafel, and I always tell her. Today we enjoyed a family lunch and I loved photographing my plate, it is a very particular way in which I serve it.
I accompany it with tomatoes, radish, parsley, cilantro, pickles and the dew with sesame cream. Just perfect.
For those who do not know, the falafel is a kind of chickpea meatball (although there are other grains) ground, and combined with coriander, cumin and seven species. Its origin is Arabic.
