Special Kare Kare for our lunch today.
Sauteed onions & garlic with 1/2k Sliced beef using annato oil for color.
Add 2 tbsp Peanut Butter to thicken the sauce. Add 2 cups of water.
Bring the meat and Veggies to boil (String Beans, Eggplant, Chinese Cabbage).
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish salted crushed peanuts extra crunch.
