Tofu is one of my favorite dishes and it is inexpensive and very easy to prepare. It is simple to just add salt, pepper and olive oil and place it on the grill plate for 10 minutes until it is headed thoroughly.
Another method that I love to use is to add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a dash of coconut aminos for an added delicate flavor. You can pan fry it or put it on the grill plate.
