This is the breakfast omelet that I prepared for our family.
Ingredients:
3 organic eggs
dash of salt
dash of oregano
dash of basil
fresh asparagus (3 stalks) chopped
5 grape tomatoes (chopped in 2 to 3 pieces
a small handful of shredded cheese
I heated a non stick pan with a pat of butter and sprayed coconut spray around the edges.
I mixed the eggs and cooked it for a minute and combined the rest of the ingredients in the pan.
Finally, I covered the pan after adding the shredding cheese to continue cooking all the way through before serving.
