Composition:
Potatoes – 3 PCs.
Tomatoes – 2 PCs.
Garlic -1 clove.
Cheese – 100 gr.
Salt, black pepper – to taste.
Herbes de Provence.

Method of preparation:
Tomatoes – 2 PCs.

- Big potatoes boil "in uniform" until cooked. Then cleaned, cut lengthwise into two halves gently with a teaspoon formed from the halves of the boat.
- Tomatoes remove the peel, finely chop, mix with the remaining potato mixture, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, Provencal herbs and dressed with all vegetable oil.
- Stuff the potato boats.
- Hard cheese grate on a coarse grater, sprinkle with potato boats. Bake in the oven at 200 10 minutes.
- The dish is ready, serve with a fried egg.
