Composition:
Broccoli - 200 gr.
Potatoes – 3 PCs.
Egg – 2 PCs.
Sour cream – 2 tbsp
Onion – 1 PC.
Garlic – 1 clove
Salt, black pepper – to taste.
Khmeli-suneli.
Method of preparation:
- Potatoes chopped and cut into small cubes, add to boiling water. Cook soup until cooked potatoes.
- Onion peeled, cut into half rings, garlic peel, crush with a knife, chop. Fry the onions and garlic in vegetable oil until Golden brown, add the roast to the soup.
- 10 minutes until cooked soup add broccoli, disassembled into florets. The soup and season with salt and pepper, add hops-suneli.
- Beat eggs with sour cream until smooth. Soup off and immediately pour the mixture in a thin stream stirring constantly.
- Let the soup to infuse for 5 minutes. The dish is ready.
