1- 200 g of black chocolate and Soft butter.
2- 120 g of flour.
3- 100 g of each: Sugar and Brown sugar.
4- Three eggs.
5- A teaspoon of baking powder.
6- Teaspoon salt.
7- 150 g of roasted nuts.
8- Soft sugar for decoration.
9- Spoon of cocoa powder.
How to prepare :
- Preheat oven at 176 ° C.
- Prepare a 20 cm bread baking pan and sprinkle with flour.
- Mix the chocolates and walnuts, and then soften the sugar.
- We dissolve the chocolates in a water bath, then add the butter to melt completely.
- Remove the mixture from the fire and let it cool completely.
- Mix white sugar, brown sugar, and egg together.
- Add the melted chocolate mix to the egg and sugar mixture.
- Add the roasted walnuts with a wide plastic spoon.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the mixture.
