Chocolate sable is a kind of delicious biscuit, which is served on most occasions and there are many flavors such as chocolate sable and vanilla sable, and this recipe is of French origin, and in this post we will provide an easy way to work sable.
Ingredients :
1- One and a half cups of flour.
2- Half a cup of powdered cocoa.
3- 140 grams soft butter.
4- Half cup of sugar powder.
5- One egg.
6- Half teaspoon vanilla.
How to prepare :
- Put the sugar and butter in the mixer, and mix the ingredients well for three minutes until the mixture is creamy, light colored.
- Add the egg and vanilla and continue to beat until the ingredients are homogenized.
- We begin to place the flour gradually with the cocoa with mixing until the ingredients are stirred together.
- Remove the mixture from the mixer bowl and knead it until smooth.
- Cover the dough and place in the fridge for 30 minutes until relax.
- Place the first section on a sheet of butter on the table, and extend the dough with a wooden stick.
- Cut the dough with the biscuit cutter the way we want it.
- Put it on a tray, and repeat the same with the second part of the dough.
- Enter the tray in the fridge for 15 minutes, and then heat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
- Insert a tray into the oven for about 15 minutes until the pieces are cooked.
- Leave the biscuit pieces completely cool and then fill with jam or nutella.
