Tiramisu : one of the most famous Italian cuisine that has spread all over the world. Its ingredients are cheese and coffee, and a special type of biscuit called Ladyfinger, which is soft inside to absorb the largest amount of coffee.
Ingredients :
1- A cup of coffee, espresso or Nescafe.
2- A packet of sweet biscuits.
3- A cup of liquid cream.
4- A glass of cream.
5- 200 grams, a cup of cream cheese.
6- A glass of chocolate pieces.
7- For decoration: chocolate, cocoa powder.
How to prepare :
- Put a piece of nylon in a cake mold - covering the bottom of the whole mold with the edges and increasing it, leaving the nylon ends out of the mold.
- Put the warm coffee in a deep pot, and dip the biscuit pieces into the coffee, then put them one by one vertically on the edge of the mold (the edges).
- Add the cream, the soft cheese, and the caramel cream powder to the blender and stir it on medium speed until it becomes finely creamy.
- Put the cheese in a deep bowl and then add the chocolates to the dish , and with a wide spoon - preferably plastic - stir gently from the outside to the inside until we note the mixing of chocolate ingredients.
- We distribute the resulting mixture to three sections in the nylon mold, then add the coffee biscuits to the dish to form a whole layer on the face of the mixture.
- Put the rest of the mixture and biscuits to form another layer, and then bend the tip of the nylon paper with a little pressure on the biscuits in order to cohesion content.
- We put the mold in the refrigerator for long hours and can be placed during the night until the morning, and after the time we turn the mold on a dish of sweets, and remove the nylon.
- Spread the caramel sauce evenly on top of the dish, then put cocoa powder and chocolate for decoration.
