Good News: There is a new type of Chocolate and it looks Delicious!
Swiss confectioners have designed a new type of chocolate called "Ruby". The pink chocolate is the fourth type ever to be created after 13 years of Research and Study.
It is made from "Ruby Cocoa Bean" which is homegrown in the Ivory Coast, Ecuador and Brazil. The bean gives the chocolate’s natural pinkish color and flavor different than the existing flavors - Dark, Milk, and White.
According to swiss chocolatier, Barry Callebaut, this new type of chocolate has a berry taste with sourness and fruitiness into it suitable for their targeted new consumers: Millenials and their desire for "hedonistic indulgence".
But we still have to wait for 6 months as it’s not available at the markets yet.
