Hazy golden colour with a head that dies off quickly, when first poured, amazing aroma of hop, grapefruit, and pineapple could be sensed. At the first sip, it comes in really smooth and bitterness slowly spreads out. Bit of floral taste with abundant grapefruit and pineapple taste could be felt.
Ranked as one of the best breweries in the world, I really like their simple kraft paper label that only identifies its beer with its style, types of hops used, and ABV. Located in London, their brewery is definitely one of my top lists of places to visit.
뿌연 황금빛에 거품은 빠르게 꺼지며, 처음 따랐을 때 풍성한 홉과 자몽, 파인애플의 향이 올라온다. 한 모금 마셔보면 굉장히 부드럽게 들어와서는 입안에 쌉싸름한 맛이 서서히 퍼져나간다. 약간의 플로럴한 맛과 풍성한 자몽, 파인애플 맛.
요즘 가장 잘 나가는 영국의 브루어리. 커널도 아직 한국에는 소개되지 않았지만, 맥덕들 사이에서는 이미 유명한 곳이다. 런던에 자리 잡은 브루어리로 꼭 브루어리 투어를 해보고 싶은 곳. 본질에 초점을 맞춘 간단한 띠지가 인상적인 브루어리다. 라인업에 따른 이름이 아닌, 단순히 맥주의 종류와 어떠한 홉을 넣었는지만 표기 하기에 다양한 홉이 주는 맛을 느낄 수 있다.
