I think today was a better day although this evening I was looking at some old photos and I have decided I need to lose a bit of weight and tone up. I need help!
Breakfast today was porridge made with water, raisons and a banana, oh and my usual coffee, followed by a can of Pepsi max.
Lunch was on the go at work consisting of a peanut butter sandwich, packet of cheddars and homemade trail mix. I drank a 1 litre bottle of water. After work I ate an apple, half a packet of sharing salted peanuts and a litre bottle of strawberry flavoured water.
Whilst out during the early evening I drank a pint of Diet Coke then for dinner I went to the chippy and bought a small battered sausage and small portion of chips. During the rest of the evening I drank another big bottle of water. Now I written it down I don't think today was a better day!
