Hi friends! Today I am here with one of my favorite recipe to prepare aloo vaji. There are different ways to prepare aloo sabji/vaji. The one I am showing is different, slight tangy, tasty and easy.

For this we need...
Ingredients
Potatoes boiled, peeled, diced 6/7
Soyabin Oil 2 tablespoon
Onions chopped 2
Tomatoes sliced 2
Turmeric 2 teaspoons
Pachforon 1 tea spoon
Salt 1 /2 tea spoon
Tarmarind 1 table spoon (soaked in water)
Coriander leaves 1 table spoon
Green Chillis 6/7 whole piece
How To Make
First, Put oil in a pan when gets warm put onion, pachforon, tomatoes,green chillies and saute it for sometime.
Then, put turmeric powder and 2 glasses of water. After water comes to the point of boiling add boiled and diced potatoes mashed a little so will give gravy texture, soaked tarmarind, salt and cover let it to cook for 5 minutes then low the flame. After 5 min its ready.
Garnish with coriander leaves.The delicious easy to prepare aloo sabji ready to eat. You can eat with ruti/ chapati/paratha/puri .
