Hello Steemit Friends,
Today, I will share my very own recipe of the food I cooked for the very first time. 😀
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kl - Fish/Tilapia (1 pc only)
- 115 g - Tomato Sauce
- 200 ml - Water
- 2 tbsp - sugar
- garlic - cut into strips (as many as you want)
- onion- cut into strips (as many as you want)
- ginger- cut into strips (as many as you want)
- chili - cut into strips (as many as you want)
- 3-5 pcs - calamansi / juice
- salt
- umami seasoning
- oil
Steps:
- Fry tilapia 'til cooked then set aside.
- Saute garlic, onion, ginger, chili.
- Add tomato sauce and water.
- Add sugar and calamnsi juice.
- Stir 'til sugar dissolve.
- Cover the pan. Let the mixture boil for 2 minutes.
- Add salt and umami seasoning to taste.
- Add fried Tilapia. Cover the pan. Lower the heat. Wait another 2 minutes 'til the fish absorb the mixture.
- Serve while hot.
Viand is now ready in the table. 😀 Come and join me to eat. 😀
So far the taste is good. Not obvious that it's my first time to cook Sweet n Sour n Spicy Tilapia. Hahaha
