posted a yummy Salmon & Avocado Ceviche Recipe recently, which reminded me about this delicious recipe I saw the other day from POPSUGAR Fitness.
It combines 2 of my most favourite things: avocado and hummus!

Recipe:
1 can chickpeas, drained
2 small avocados
1/2 jalapeno, seeded
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. tahini
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. avocado oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
For garnish:
Sun-dried tomatoes, diced
Pine nuts
- Place all hummus ingredients into a food processor. Blend it until creamy.
- Garnish as desired with sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts.
