My Mom's Recepie and my most favourite dish.
The aroma you feel as soon as masala satue in ghee is i just can't control to eat .
Hope all of you also will enjoy the same.
RECEPIE-
Chop all veges ( cauliflower, french beans carrot ) green peas in small pieces ....
FOR DRY MASALA-
Cinemon cloves whole coriender khus khus almonds cashews dry red chillies peanuts gram dal whole pepper 1/2 sp raw rice ,.according to your taste n quantity .Grind all this.
FOR WET MASALA-
Onions tomatoes garlic ginger green chilly coriender grated fresh coconut green haldi .grind all this.
Heat ghee in pan add dry masala satue for 1-2 mints on low frame add wet masala and salt and 1 glass water and add all veges and cook till veves are properly cooked .....
serve hot with roti aur paratha.
