Japanese Girl's Secret

Hello Steemers! I'm , a 35 years old mum from Japan, and a diet consultant. People say that I don't look my age, I can share my secret here. I look after myself by choosing what I eat. I totally believe in a healthy balanced diet. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies, but above all the things I conciously take tomatoes everyday and here's why.
Tomatoes contain full of gooodies, including vitamines, fiber, and also incredible antioxidant, called lycopene. Lycopene is the red colour pigment found in tomatoes. It effects as a natural antioxidant, and is believed to be very good for your health.
Did you know that lycopene is also good for your skin? One morning I noticed that my skin looks smooth and I recalled what I ate for dinner the night before. Well, I had a big bowl of tomato and cucumber salad at a brasilian restaurant. Yes, I took a salad while my companies were enjoying their sizzling big steak or whatever.. Anyway, since then I realized how tomato does wonders to my skin and now I cannot live without it, I eat at least 2 medium sized tomatoes a day. I'm not saying that you should eat just a tomato salad bowl for your dinner, a balanced diet is the most important aspect, but adding tomatoes to your daily meal will do make changes to your skin.
