¡¡¡Muy buenas Steemians!!! Empieza el colegio de los niños y todos sabemos lo que eso significa, preparar material, ropa, organizar los horarios.... ¡¡¡Un lío!!! Y casi no queda tiempo para preparar la comida, con lo que yo ya he empezado a preparar para congelar... ¡¡¡Sacar y listo!!!

Una de las cosas siempre intento tener son croquetas, en este caso son de ibéricos, finamente picados. A mis niños les encanta y son fáciles de organizar en nuestro congelador.

Es un plato que no tiene mucha complicación a mi personalmente me gusta hacerlas jugosas y tiernas por dentro, que se deshagan en boca. Riquísimas con su cebolla bien pochada.
