自从买了空气炸锅以后,家里烤箱好像除了烤红薯之外都不会开了,煎、炸、烤都交给空气炸锅处理!不用像烤箱一样漫长预热,不用像煎锅一样忍受油烟和频繁翻面,比普通油炸使用更少的油分,所以真的实用,外加体积很小还很省空间。本来我以为会像其他xx机一样过了新鲜感就打入冷宫,没想到开发出了很多用途以后几乎每个星期都会用到。既鸡米花、鸡翅、炸薯条、干煸四季豆、羊肉串之后最近我又开发出新用法就是煎小羊排。
做法也很简单,撒一点煎牛排的调味粉以后以后不需要放油,直接放锅里正反面各7分钟就行,自己在家煎,想吃几块就吃几块(我一个人吃了四块?)
