Method:
Cocoyam
Peel and slice your cocoyam
Fry in oil until crispy on the outside
Dust with salt for taste.
Turkey stir-fry
Fry your chopped onions, red and yellow bell pepper in 1 teaspoon oil.
Add your grilled turkey
Add pepper sauce
4.Stir-fry until coated.
- Serve with fried cocoyam

1.Cook your turkey with fried Thyme and seasoning of choice until tender
- Coat cooked turkey with pepper sauce
Grill until golden brown

Blend chopped onions, ginger, parsley, red pepper, garlic and seasoning of choice in a blender
Fry blended mix in a tablespoon oil
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt or seasoning of choice.
