Today I want to show you a chocolate snack, similar to a fudgey chocolate brownie.
The dish goes by a variety of names, including Arretjescake (Dutch), Kalter Hund, Kalte Schnauze or Kellerkuchen (German), kiksekage (Danish) or radiokaka (Swedish).
It is easy made in a short of time.
"The Hedgehog slice (Kalter Hund)"
What you need:
- 200g of plain biscuits
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons (45g) cocoa powder
- 1 cup (125g) powdered sugar
- 250g coconut fat
How to do it:
Melt coconut fat and mix it with eggs, cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Let it cool a bit.
Do a layer of chocolate mixture, a layer of biscuits, a layer of chocolate and so on.
Decorate if you want.
You want it more based on Christmas? Take almond biscuits instead of plain biscuits!
